Talamone is a picturesque fishing village located on a small promontory, overlooking the Gulf of Argentario and has the Maremma Natural Park right behind it.  Today Talamone has an interested history clearly visible within the city. It is a popular seaside resort but also the nightlife is growing thanks to the efforts of the young locals. Its bay is ideal for sailing sports: like windsurfing, kite surfing and sailing are an integral part of these waters. Nature lovers will love being here in Talamone, it is one of the entrances to the Natural Park of Maremma, and inhabited by deer, roe deer, wild boars, foxes and many other wild animals.  For a first visit, once you are at the foot of the country, you should follow the wall to the left and reach the said Rocca. The view of the Tuscan archipelago is breathtaking: you can admire the Argentario, Giglio, and in clear days, Montecristo, Elba and Corsica. Not to forget the beautiful beaches that surround the village.
